Talip Murat Kolbası graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Business administration in 1987. He started his business life in 1988 in the Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri A.S. Throughout his career, he managed the sales, business development, and export departments. As of 2008, he has served as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Arzum. He has been chairman of the Board of Directors since September 2015. In 2008, with a 49% share transfer, he led the partnership with Turkish Household Appliances B.V., a subsidiary of Ashmore Group, one of the world's leading investment firms, contributing to Arzum's progress towards becoming a leading company in the sector. In 2013, he was instrumental in selling 49% of Arzum's shares to SDA International.

Yasemin Rezan Kolbası, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1980. During her university years, she worked at the family company, Güney Ithalat A.S., and later on represented Arzum in international fair organizations. After 1999 Kolbası joined Arzum full-time.

Ali Osman Kolbası, started his business life in Arzum, then called Güney Ithalat ve Pazarlama A.S. and worked at all levels. He had an active role in increasing the brand's recognition and creating a nationwide distributor network. He now serves as a Board Member on the Directors' Board.

Hakan Erkun graduate from Boğaziçi University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, with a degree in Business Administration, He began his career in 1996 as an Auditor at KPMG and later worked as as a Senior Auditor at PwC.

In 2001, he joined Danone Nutricia where he held key financial roles in Infant and Toddler Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition divisions, first as Reporting and Control Manager and then as Reporting and Financial Control Manager. In 2004, he was appointed Finance Director of Danone Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition, followed by his appointment as Finance Director of Danone Nutricia Infant and Toddler Nutrition division in the same year. From 2005 to 2012, he served as a Board Member of Danone Nutricia (Numil Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş.).

Between 2013 and 2016, Erkun held the position of Finance Director for the Turkey-Iran HUB at Danone Nutricia Infant and Toddler Nutrition. In 2016, he transitioned to Danone’s Water division as Finance Director for the EME region (Europe and the Middle East), overseeing financial operations in Iran, Turkey, Poland, Denmark, and Spain. During this time, he also served as a board member of Sırmagrup İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Turkey) and Aqua D’or Mineral Water A.Ş. (Denmark).

In 2017, he left these positions and joined Ontex BVBA in Belgium as Finance Director for the MEAA region (Middle East, Africa, Asia), working on manufacturing operations in Turkey, Algeria, Pakistan, and Ethiopia, as well as export operations and mergers and acquisitions projects across the rest of the region.

At the beginning of 2021, Erkun took on the role of Finance Director at Savola Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,before being appointed as Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at Balsu Gıda in November 2021 In March 2023, he took on the role of CFO at Koroplast Temizlik ve Ambalaj Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. Before becoming Arzum’s Chief Finance Officer / Executive Vice President, he served as Chief Finance Officer at Peyman. Fluent in English, Erkun also has intermediate proficiency in German, Italian, and French. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Koruncuk Foundation and a member of BÜMED (Boğaziçi University Alumni Association) and Büyük Kulüp (The Grand Club).
